CIRCULAR

ON “THE FREQUENCY CHANNEL ARRANGEMENT PLAN FOR FIXED AND LAND MOBILE SERVICES (30 – 30000 MHZ)”

THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 24/2004/ND-CP dated January 14, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of the number of articles of the Ordinance on post and telecommunications regarding radio frequencies;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks and organizational structures of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 336/2005/QD-TTg dated December 16, 2005 of the Prime Minister on approval of National Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan;

At the proposal of the Director general of Radio Frequency Directorate,

DECIDES

Article 1. This Circular is promulgated together with “Viet Nam Frequency Channel Arrangement Plan for Fixed and Land Mobile services (30 – 30000 MHz)”.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect on January 01, 2010. This Circular replaces the Decision No. 1197/2000/QD-TCBD dated December 12, 2000 of the Secretary General of Department General of Posts and Telecommunications, promulgating “Viet Nam Frequency Channel Arrangement Plan for Fixed and Land Mobile (30 – 30000 MHz)”.

Article 3. Chief of Office, Director General of Radio Frequency Directorate, heads of units of Ministry of Information and Communications, domestic and foreign organizations, individuals using, manufacturing, importing, exporting, trading radio equipments in Viet Nam shall implement this Circular./.
