Accordingly, anyone who uses radio frequencies reserved for emergency purposes, safety, search, rescue, defense, security for other purposes (Article 293), or who trying to cause harmful interference, hindering the normal operation of the radio information systems (Article 294), causing damage from VNĐ 200 million to under VNĐ 500 million, or who was sentenced to administrative violations regarding this behavior or has been convicted for the crime, not yet deleted their criminal records, but also violated, shall be fined from VND 50 million to VND 100 million or non-custodial reform for up to 03 years.
Imprisonment from 01 year to 05 years, if the offender falls into one of the following cases: organized, or damage VND 500 million or more, or dangerous recidivism.
